The Power Guard Cover is a high quality covering for the hot tub to seal in heat, and protect the hot tub from the outside elements. The maximum heat is trapped within the hot tub / spa vessel. This process uses a proper vacuum seal cover, or lid that can seal in heat with a suction that is created by the weight of the hot tub cover. The perimeter skirt enhances the vacuum action by enclosing the surface area to allow the cover to bond to the acrylic lip when placed on the hot tub.

• Beachcomber Hot Tub covers are hand assembled and made in our factory facility. Each component is the highest quality material available for this application, including the marine grade vinyl for the outer skin of the cover, which is designed to perform in the outdoor elements. Heavy duty interior foam inserts are vacuum sealed for long life, and superior energy conservation.

Beachcomber has the capability to increase the horsepower of a jet pump at the factory facility at time of production, by making changes to the motor and assembly. These changes can boost the power of a pump by one horsepower as an optional equipment component available to the hot tub buyer.

• Hot tub horsepower refers to the ability of the pump to move water; a one horsepower increase on various size pumps can boost water turbulence and massage.

A PVC vinyl, two tier step is available as optional equipment for LEEP Portable Hot Tubs. Built from tough, long lasting PVC formed plastic, some simple assembly is required.

• LEEP Safety Steps are available in two colors, Steel and Tan, to match Beachcomber’s Enviroskirt Cabinetry. Steel matches Ebony Enviroskirt, and Tan matches Walnut Enviroskirt. LEEP Safety Steps are designed to offer easier entry and exit to bathers of all ages.
• These LEEP portable step colors are UV protected against fading from the rays of the sun.

Giving the hot tub owner the ultimate in comfort is paramount to Beachcomber. The SafeAxiss Steps allows the user to access the hot tub from any angle with ease. Twin tiers on both front angles of the step provide a clear way for easy entry and exit. Made with non-slip surfacing, this custom made step accessory provides safety and ease of use for anyone, from children through to adults.

• The SAS is a color matching, material matching optional accessory. It comes packaged separately in its own crate complete with installation instructions. This step is designed to fit snugly to the hot tub, and mirrors the same Enviroskirt Cabinet to match perfectly for back yard beauty.
• SAS step tops are made with a non-slip surface for added safety during entry and exit. These tops easily support your weight and are designed to last a lifetime.
• This step doubles as the cover for the cab forward equipment configuration. The step is both vented and insulated to allow the pumping equipment to breathe at the correct rate to maintain its peak operating temperature.

Every available space is filled with a special formulation of expanding foam. Our experts spray this foam into the open hot tub cavity; as it expands it fills and completely seals any open air space. The foam hardens and cures, and makes an impenetrable barrier so that air or moisture cannot travel in or out of the open cavity. It is completely sealed off. Just like a modern home, this 100% cavity seal saves money in energy costs by fully insulating the vessel.

• Many spa makers today believe that little or even no insulation is a good manufacturing method for their spas. Having cut our teeth in business in the cold climate of Canada, we know that our method of insulation is the best way to build a hot tub, and saves money for our customers.
• Full insulation to save money on heating costs; full insulation as opposed to little or no insulation; full insulation as a means to conserve energy.
• Independent testing proves that our method is correct; independent experts say ‘…plentiful insulation…is the main route to decreasing spa energy consumption…”.
• To spray foam the interior cavity of a spa; to spray expanding foam into every available open space; to fill 100% of the open cavity of the hot tub during the production process.

• All Beachcomber Heatshield Covers are UL Certified, meeting ASTM (American Society for Testing Materials) Standards. The standard ASTM F1346-91 is the “Standard Performance Specification for Safety Covers and Labeling Requirements for All Covers for Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs”.
• Beachcomber Heatshields offer an R14.14 average energy rating with an average thickness of 4.04 per inch of insulating power.

The Slide ‘n Store Xtreme is a hand-power assisted cover remover, using gas strut construction. This system offers easy removal and replacement of the hot tub cover. This unit is constructed with heavy gauge aluminum and stainless steel components to ensure many years of durability in any weather or climate.

• Slide ‘n Store Xtreme is easy to install by simply sliding it under the hot tub perma-seal base. The hot tub cover can be folded, slid in one direction to be gripped by the c-bars and stored behind the tub during use.

• Slide ‘n Store Plus is easy to install on the vertical Enviroskirt Cabinetry. Simple screws to affix the unit to the Enviroskirt. The hot tub cover can be folded, and slid in one direction to be gripped by the c-bars. The user then rotates the cover 90 degrees in an upward motion to store the cover to allow the hot tub to be used.

The Lift ‘n Store Plus Cover Remover is an easy to use hot tub cover lifter, designed especially for limited space installations. Built with durable materials, and employing a versatile patented design, LNSP can be mounted directly to the hot tub or deck. It is ideal for limited space installations, and uses dual gas springs for easy movement. It is easy to install and is backed by Beachcomber’s guarantee.

• The cover is folded once, and then rotated 90 degrees in an upward motion to sit up and out of the way, allowing the hot tub to be used.
• This unit is built with durable steel, and is zinc plated for long lasting performance in any weather.
• This unit mounts to the edge of the hot tub cabinetry, or directly to an adjoining deck.

Remove and replace a hot tub cover in three easy steps. Lift n Store gives the hot tub user an easy way to lift the hot tub cover, and store to the side when not in use. The cover is mechanically folded over once, and then rotated in a 90 degree motion to stand on one end of the hot tub, out of the way, allowing the hot tub to be easily used. A stainless steel safety chain stops the Lift ‘n Store at the correct angle.

• Quality Aluminum tubing material makes Lift ‘n Store strong and durable to last for years in any climate and any weather. It is easy to install with the provided stainless steel hardware, and heavy duty PVC fittings.

A tough, marine grade vinyl double-sewn strap is available for areas where high winds are expected. Because of the large square footage nature of a Beachcomber Hot Tub Heatshield, a high wind could unexpectedly break the vacuum seal of the cover. To prevent this situation in high wind areas, Beachcomber’s Hurricane Straps are available.

• These special tie-down straps come with full marine grade, double wrapped vinyl, with weather and mildew resistant stitching. Hurricane straps are designed to weather the element.
• Hurricane Straps come with a set of plastic lock-tabs that are easily installed onto the Enviroskirt Cabinetry. Straps click into place to help secure the Heatshield Cover.
