BEACHCOMBER'S FREE 100-DAY IN-HOME TRIAL

How do I exchange my Beachcomber?

  1. Beachcomber’s 100-Day Exchange Advantage allows customers to reselect a different model which they feel may better suit them. They simply pay the applicable retail price difference between the tub that they are exchanging for, less the costs of the consumable services and accessories as listed above.
  2. Your trial begins the day when your Beachcomber is delivered. 
  3. To activate our “100-Day Exchange option”, contact the authorised Beachcomber dealership that you purchased your hot tub from to coordinate a date and time.
  4. Any damage to the hot tub during the 100-Day In-Home Trial period will be assessed for repairs and you would be responsible for any costs required to bring the hot tub back to meet our quality standards.
  5. You would be responsible for the following costs that are deemed to be consumable services and accessories:
    1. Shipping charges related to the delivery and exchange
    2. Any installed or consumed accessories, including Water Care products, filter, lift system, and GFCI etc.
    3. Costs of cleaning, detailing and repackaging the tub for return
  6. Each customer is limited to one 100-Day In-Home Trial (exchange) period per hot tub.
  7. Customized Beachcomber Hot Tubs are not eligible for returns, exchange only

How do I return my Beachcomber?

  1. Your trial begins the day when your Beachcomber is delivered. 
  2. To activate our “100-Day Return option”, contact the authorized Beachcomber dealership that you purchased your hot tub from to coordinate a date and time.
  3. Any damage to the hot tub during the 100-Day In-Home Trial period will be assessed for repairs and you would be responsible for any costs required to bring the hot tub back to meet our quality standards.
  4. You would be responsible for the following costs that are deemed to be consumable services and accessories:
    1. Shipping charges related to the delivery and return
    2. Any installed or consumed accessories, including Water Care products, filter, lift system, and GFCI etc.
    3. Costs of cleaning, detailing and repackaging the tub for return
  5. Each customer is limited to one 100-Day In-Home Trial (return) period per hot tub.
  6. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender.

RETURNS PROCESSING

After your return is received by Beachcomber and received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. 
System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow our team one business day, up to 24 hours, once the carrier arrives to receive product into our system.

Once entered into our system, your return must be inspected by our Beachcomber Care team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. For refunds, please allow an additional 2-4 days.

Please note all water care products are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

OTHER REASONS

Defective products:

Beachcomber is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.

If nevertheless you receive a product purchased from store.beachcomberhottub.com which seems to be damaged, you may return it to Beachcomber in accordance with the return policy. Upon receipt, Beachcomber may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.

If your product is declared as defective by Beachcomber, the following solutions will be proposed to the Customer:

i) i) Beachcomber may elect to initiate the process to send you the same product in the exact same size, subject to availability.

ii) Beachcomber may offer you a full refund. This will cover everything except water care products used. Beachcomber cannot accept open bottles of water care products.

iii) Return shipping is free of charge for eligible products. You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your order to initiate a return. Returns beyond 14 days may incur additional shipping charges.

iii) Defective products may be subject to an existing Guarantee or third-party Warranty that may already be in place from other manufacturers where applicable.

If your hot tub arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 1-866-592-0134. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by a Beachcomber Hot Tubs representative. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Beachcomber will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
